Large Dog Clothes
After a long (but never long enough) day of snowboarding in Beaver Creek, Colorado; I hit the jacuzzi while my best friend took a nap. She is an eighty pound Boxer-mix named Nikita, a beautiful dog. I felt bad she couldn't join me on the slope, so I hopped out of the warm water and took her for a walk through the snowy mountain trails.
We saw another dog on the trail, a giant German Shepherd, wearing large dog clothes. I'm from San Diego. I hadn't seen a dog wearing clothes recently, but it looked comfortable, and Nikita somehow looked naked after that.
When we got back to the lodge, I bought Nikita her very own large dog clothes, and we went back to the cabin to try them on. She had a dog backpack she wore to go hiking in San Diego, but she hadn't worn dog clothes for a long time. I thought she would be fine, but as I pulled the shirt over her head she growled at me.
Turns out there was a pin in the tag. I removed it, and she was fine. I guess we're still best friends, because she loves wearing the large dog clothes I bought her on the trip.
We're back in San Diego now, and Nikita still wants to wear her clothes every time the temperature drops a few degrees. She sure is spoiled. Today she is wearing her favorite large dog clothes under her dog backpack. We are going to hike up a small mountain and play catch on the peak. She is carrying her own gear inside her dog backpack. She has all the important stuff with her: collapsible bowl, treats, collapsible frisbee, tennis ball, water. When we reach the peak, we plan to howl into the cool wind; and remember that we are free.

Has anyone got ideas of a good online shop for dog clothes and accessories in the UK?
I am really looking for a family based shop - not a great big supermarket

Do you think its okay to dress dogs up?
I may be getting a maltese around christmas. Where I live, it is usually pretty cold in the winter and warm in the summer. If I get a maltese, I will probably keep his/her hair cut short because it is a bit easier to groom than longer hair. Do you think it is acceptable to dress the dog up in sweaters or jackets? Some people think its poor dog owning if you do this but if the dog has short hair and you want to keep the pup warm do you think its acceptable?

My friend blamed me, saying i stole the dog?? Now I have to do Community Service?? I didn't do anything?
Alright two weeks ago, me and two of my friends...we just hanging out, acting stupid, we went into a pet shop. They dogs were like in a box thingy were you can look in it, one my friends, not even my friend anymore. Went picked up a puppy placed it in her purse and walked out, WE HAD NO IDEA SHE WAS GOING TO DO THAT!!! SHE IS CRAZY!! When we walked out we just thought it was funny, went to petsmart, bought the dog clothes. We took him home, and bonded..We didnt know they got us on tape, and the puppy had a micro chip in it. They came to are school, the bitch told them that we knew that she was going to steal the dog...and we were all in it, I have stolen things in that past(cloths, earings...ect) so they did not believe me, they said they would let us off easy, and said I would just have to work in the dog shop, when i did not even do anything wrong. After she did that, I told them all her secrets...she got expelled...but there still making me go to this thing, I didnt even steal the dog. Sh They took Buttercup, but nobody believes me..know this will be on my record for ever..also its going to be akward i walk in the store, thell be like o look theres the girl who stole the dog??:P:P
