Why do some dogs owners look at you if?
Am visiting my aunt in Iowa for the week and my aunt and I took my dog and her cat for a walk today! A lady that had two small dogs with her had the dogs dress up in a shirt and a hat on:) came ruining up to me and saying why i don't have my dog dress and started yelling for the cops because my dog wasn't dress. So when the cops came they just laugh and told me i can go on my way and just forget about it. So what do you think about this lady??
